Transfer Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

BaileyOps is committed to providing high-quality ServSafe training and certification courses. Because class sizes are limited and seats are reserved in advance, the following policy applies to all registrations.

Registration

Registration fees reserve a seat in a scheduled BaileyOps training course and are non-refundable.

Transfers

Students may request to transfer their registration to a future BaileyOps class if notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

Transfer requests are subject to seat availability and may be limited to one transfer per registration.

Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will forfeit their registration fee and are not eligible for a transfer or refund.

No-Shows

Class Cancellations by BaileyOps

If BaileyOps cancels a class due to instructor availability, low enrollment, weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, registered students will be offered the option to:

* Transfer to a future class date, or
* Receive a full refund

ServSafe Examination & Materials

Any ServSafe examination fees, course materials, or other third-party fees that have already been incurred on behalf of a student may be non-refundable once registration has been processed.
